What department??

I just wanted to find out how much it will cost me to settle my overdraft. I spoke to 8 consultants, put through to 4 different call centres & the line was dropped on my 3 times. What is going on at FNB??? Do you not know who does what at your bank?

Now I still need to find out how to settle my revolving loan & Ipad, but I'm not getting on the phone with your call centres again!
