ABSA added an insurance policy without my written approval or verbal concent!
I supplied proof of insurance when I picked up the vehicle at the dealership. Now three years later they simply add another insurance policy.
After various phone calls I still haven't got my money refunded.
When I discussed with ABSA, their excuse was that they couldn't get hold of me by phone. What utter rubbish. I gave ABSA my cell, my office landline and my home landline numbers when I applied for vehicle finance three years ago. It is impossible for all three telephones to be non-functional!
Not impressed with ABSA vehicle finance. This will be my absolute last finance deal I will do with ABSA.
