First National Bank
Inappropriate deductions

On the 23 Feb i made a cash deposit of R3000 using the EASY PLAN GRAND PARAD ATM. When i deposited the money it told me that not all the notes are straight or something like that so it showed me an amount of R2900. So i chose to proceed with this thinking that it will return the R100 which it didnt. i immediately called the call centre line and was informed to go to an FNB branch for this and they also sent me some forms to fill in before i go. So the 25 Feb I went to the branch by Enquires, told the lady the story, she informed me to go to the Easy Plan branch as that was where i made the deposit. Told her what the call centre consultant told me. After hours of waiting, i was given another consultant to assist me. She filled in another form as she said the one i got from the call centre was not correct. A few days down the line they reversed my R100. Today when i check my account history it shows i have been billed R214 for this reversal. I was not informed about any charges nor the T&C first of all and secondly why should i pay for the mistake of the ATM and not a mistake made by me. This is unfair to me as a customer and can you please refund my money of R214 please
