Absa vehicle finance has decided to take an insurance policy without my consent. My vehicle has been insured since the day it left the dealership.
Just because Absa has access to my banking account it does not give you a right to take out any policies against my name or take out money that is not due to your company without my consent.
I have e-mailed Absa a confirmation letter. I want my money back today as I do not need to be double-insured.
This is unacceptable and unethical behaviour from Absa.
