Today I realised that I have been paying Nedbank Greenbacks loyalty fees since I joined Nedbank in 2008. The Nedbank person who opened the account for me added Greenbacks without my knowledge. I realised this and cancelled it, but apparently only on my credit card and not on my debit card. Can I please have my money back? You can check, I never used the loyalty program. I have asked more than once (you know, "ask once", your motto) to cancel it, but I'm still paying. Furious.
