Billing too Bad

I went to Nedbank to check my statement and apparently i was debited with R179 for Loyalty points that i have never ever joined, and i don't know what is that, every month they are debiting the the monthly charges and after that they need the Loyalty points, this is not cool at all, and i can see many people are complaining about this. What is the use of paying the monthly service fee while we will still be debited the Loyalty, for WHAT???
