This morning I have phoned the call centres 0860 555 111 and 0860 115 060 to speak to somebody to change my Nedbank Greenbacks to a Nedbak Pay as you go (to change my points to cash) but fortunately I was transferred from one person the the other so I assume there is a major training gap in the call centres as NOBODY knew what I was talking about!!!
I moved all my accounts from Stanard Bank to Nedbank but I am sure I made a huge mistake!!!
CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE CONTACT ME SO MY POINTS CAN BE TRANSFERRED TO CASH!!!
Two weeks ago I already dealt with a banker that can not even open 3 investment accounts properly!!!
