Nedbank Greenbacks Incompentency

I had about 102 000 Nedbank Greenback points which I wanted to use to order two 6" Kindles for my twin sons. However, I had to wait for a transfer of 6000 points from my husband before I could order both.
On the 6 June, I redeemed 52 300 points for the first WiFi 6" Kindle. The Kindle was delivered on the 12 June at 8.00am. I gave that Kindle to one of my twin sons.
After the points had been transferred, on the 13 June I ordered the second Kindle for the other twin son. However, this is the problem I am writing аbout: the second Kindle has not been delivered.
A week later I called Nedbank Greenbacks Division. I was given a reference number.
A week later, I called the Division again - once again I was given a reference number.
I tried calling Digital Planet. Nobody could help me.
Today, 2 July, I was finally told by the call centre operator that the second Kindle was only ordered from Digital Planet on the 27 June, with arrival due in ten days and no guarantee of delivery!
I find it ridiculous that Nedbank took so long to place the order.
I find it even more ridiculous that whenever I phoned the call centre, I was met with incompetence and left helpless.
