FNB incorrect advertising

FNB should not advertise products they cannot support. Firstly I opened and account on-line thinking that as all the paperwork is in the office it would be much easier. "think again". It took two weeks of me emailing to find out what was going on. Eventually I said I would rather just leave the application and stay with the bank I am with and then I heard from someone and eventually got the account opened. Next it advertiser's that you are able to do a Forex payment on-line. Well every time I try it tell me there is a problem either with the MRN number now today I want to pay and it tells me "The system encountered an Internet error. Please try again." Well i kept trying to no avail. I contacted the help line and they told me to contact the Forex department and they said there was no problem that they new of. Next they tell you they will sort out all your debit orders if you change banks what a laugh.
