Forex - for departure on 6 Mar 2013

Was to collect forex (traveller checque & cash) on Fri. 2 March 2013. Not received by ABSA Secunda. Will contact later.By 12h00 no response. Gone off sick. Went and saw manager. No other person can do. This has happen to other members of family. Manager this is not the case as when Forex person s on leave there are others persons to do Forex. This is not TRUE.
Mon. 4 March 2013 (approx. 08h20) told FROEX still not there. No contact during day. At approx 16H20 contacted bank an left message on Forex persons message service.
Contacted ABSA SECUNDA to obtain ABSA OR Tambo AIRPORT phone No. No Number for this Branch, only Jan Smuts Airport No. (How long has this name change occurred, Phoned number, given, does not exist..). Got a number from Telkom and contacted but does not sell Forex, despite Palace office). If no Forex on 5 March 2013 where / how do I get.
After 45 years faithful service United Building Society / Bank & now ABSA Bank, treated like you've never banked there, despite having a home loan and paying it off ahead of time.
ABSA Management (Directors from head office) and not anybody form ABSA Secunda, should get independent AUDITORS to sort out this BRANCH. FIRE THEM
