Incompetent, unhelpful – passers of the buck ~ MOM

Momentum approved 2 claims on my car and scheduled repairs with a certified panel beater on 6 February. I arranged to have both claims fixed simultaneously and I was told to take the car in to Dent Tech Panel beaters on 7 February 2013, which I did. After exactly a month, the car's repairs were 'done', but only the first claim was fixed. None or the second claims' the repairs have been done, which means my car's boot, right rear tail light and bumper is still damaged. I sent the car back to the Panel beaters so that they can finish the work that was supposed to be done, as I refuse to take the car in possession without it being 100% sorted out like promised and that which we pay for. I'm now stuck with no transport, no fixed car and no assistance or feedback from Momentum! The answer I had to be satisfied with is that it's not their fault, but aren't they ultimately responsible for sorting out my vehicle. After all - who do I pay every month? I don't have any indication of what is happening with my car, how it will be sorted out, how long I'll be without a vehicle or if they can assist me with a loan car as I don't have additional transport at the moment!!!
