I applied for an ADSL line about four weeks ago and had to go though two application, the Help desk agents could not find my address, eventually the third agent redid the application and I was successful and got a order number and appointment when they will come install.
Today the technician came to my place to install, but only to find out that the address he was again was incorrect and my line was not configured on my local Exchange, he told me to they needed to rectify the problem with Head office. I called the help line again about an hour ago, and was told to wait for an SMS, the SMS hasn't came through and that my problem will take up to 21 working days. I now called to cancel the order and i was told to stay on the line and then they hang up on me, can you please assist as i'm getting the run around to cancel now
