The bank that more often

I deposited a foreign cheque about 8 weeks ago! After I deposited it the lady said to me that the cheque will take about 2 weeks to clear.. So I waited and waited and waited.. After 6 weeks I tried to make contact with the Forex department at FNB.. This was last week Monday or Tuesday.. On that day and I quote "The only Forex lady that could help" me was off sick.. And I was promised that she would get back to me within 48 hours.. So.. I did not hear anything back 1 week later and I lodged a complained on-line and over the telephone.. And finally got feedback from Jenny on Tuesday this week! She assured me that she WILL give me a call on the 31st of Jan to discuss rate of exchange.. It is FEB the 1st today and I doubt it if I will hear anything from her today as she has already missed her dead line? Why do FNB keep on making promises that they cant keep? Why not exceed Customers expectations? We not tell me the truth and say I will phone you back when and if I have time for you.. This was really the last starw... I need feedback asap.. And please do not to me again!!!
