Struggling with a certain licensing department that closes supernaturally early, I had to rush to the nearest FNB branch to get a proof of address. As I run in all rude and sweaty, this friendly lady casually walks up to me, listens to my story, and within 5 minutes provides what I need with a smile. I'm not 100% sure what her name was, but she made my day - thank you FNB.
