I needed a follow up on a sms that I recieved from FNB regarding a Lotto issue. I contacted FNB Cellphone bankinga and was put through to Vusi. The courtious, efficient and effort he put into trying to solve my problem was beyond the call. Though the problem wasn't resolved it was not through his lack of trying. It is much appreciated. Give the man a Bells.
