On 10th of December 2013. I had a licence appointment at 11'o clock. When we arrived at the licence department the closed the gates do to funeral arrangements. They said I should quickly rush in and do my license. The instructor took my almost 20 minutes before my time. And the instructor failed me because he said I rolled forward in the 3-point turn. But I did not. I tried to phone them today but the phones keep on ringing and there's no answer. It was their fault that people failed there tests because they took as to early and they wanted to rush everything due to funeral arrangements.
