Awesome awesome awesome Service!

I had the worst day today. Struggling at my previous bank and at the same time struggling with cellphone service provider. Both struggles because of bad service. I get so cross at the bank I go to the nearest Capitec branch and walk in to the smiling "hello" of Beryl who greets everyone at the door and enquire about my reason for visit. I inform her I want to open an account and I wait for a total of 3 minutes. Mignon is the lady assisting me with opening of my account and she does this very professionally and is very friendly. Within minutes everything is explained and I am even assisted with setting up my internet banking. Mignon explains everything so nicely I am sure there can never be any confusion regarding Capitec's services. On completion of my application I am welcomed to the Capitec family by Beryl who does this on behalf of the manager who is busy on a telephone call (also sounding very friendly and professional), as to ensure none of my time is wasted. I smile when I leave the branch and wish that all other service providers could do it like they do at Capitec van der Stel Branch. They turned my awful day into a beautiful day! Thank you thank you thank you!
