Slow on Investigation on case

I have been struggling with FNB for about a month now. I was involved in a on the 04/09/2013 and I Reported it to FNB and Capitec bank as the were both involved. The account was stopped by Capitec bank as It was a .(I paid in a holding deposit on a vehicle but it turned out to be a). Capitec is waiting for FNB as they have done everything the can from their side, but FNB does not know how or don't help me at all to get my own money back. I am struggling with them and the do not answer my calls on their call centers. even the lady at the branch struggles to get hold of them. They are extremely slow and I am not getting anywhere with this bank. I do have some E-mails as proof of whats going on and that they are of very little help to me. PLEASE HELP!!!
