Poor system and cutomer service

With all the advertisement that been on our media regarding this bank, i decided to open up an account with them with Northgate being my nearest. Firstly i get there, there is no one to assist me after some minutes a lady that works there approaches me and i told her i want to open an savings account and she requested for an ID book and a Proof of Address, which i gave her but she had a problem with the proof of address because it was post dated to February date fair enough i get. Seeing this was a problem i then called my car insurance company to email me my contract with my address to summit in Capitec file (which they did and i received it within minutes). As its been indicated in Capitec bank saving account brochures that the document can be used. What i didn't understand after i received my proof of address i ask the lady if i could email it her and print it for me because i know there is no bank with an email service or a printer, she said no she cant do it i asked why she didn't want to explain just a plain NO maybe if she could have said to me that its the company policy not to do that for customer i would have understood BUT NOTHING goes to show that how In important i was
