My husband JCM Jooste receive a part payment of this surplus fund the rest they were keeping back as they
said he was still employed. we contacted them on the 03/10/2012 informing them that he no longer works as he has been put on a disability pension. They then sameday e-mailed a document that he had to fill in and sign and send back via registered mail which we did on the 04/10/2012.
I have not had a responce from them so I have been trying to contact them on a daily basis since beginning of Feb on their contact no without any luck.
I have been e-mailing them since 20/02/2013 every second day without responce.
