Datakor Surplus payout taking too long

I was contacted by Old Mutual in April 2012 to tell me they have my details registered regarding the Datakor Pension Surplus fund.. I received a letter from Old Mutual in Aug 2012 stating my Surplus Benefit payout amount and requested I submit paperwork to ICTS / DATA FACTORY for payout. The completed forms were submitted in Oct 2012 to ICTS / DATA FACTORY. After waiting 60 days and not the 30 days as instructed and after numerous phone calls and emails to OLD MUTUAL and ICTS (I have dates and names) I have yet to receive a concrete answer or any payouts. I contacted Old Mutual by phone in Dec 2012 and was told that they are just waiting for the payment to be made. I contacted Old Mutual again in early Jan 2013 and again today 28 Jan 2013. I keep getting the same answer, that they have all my document and paper work and that the claim has not been finalised. This is taking far to long for a Company like Old Mutual to make a payment, seeing that they have all the required paperwork since Oct 2012. This is unacceptable!
