I contacted MBD via e-mail more than once already. I mailed Fikile Ngubeni directly as he was the one dealing with my MTN account and I mailed to the "request" e-mail of MBD. I did a request for a refund of my MTN account that was overpaid and asked for responce regarding this but I received nothing. It is always a battle to get repsonce from MBD. This is sickening. Please can someone contact me ASAP.
