Insurance Quote on Vehicle

Hi,

So, outsurance advertises that they bend over backwards for you and can try and beat your current insurance quote or they will pay you R400 cash back.

This was most definately not the case with me, I received a quote from Outsurance which was much higher than my current insurance quote, and they never even mentioned anything about the R400 cash back
