I have a big problem, my dad applied for his surplus fund or has been applying since May last year and I am the one who has been following up for him. They gave me a form to give to him to complete which he has been doing 4 times. First he posted them, a month later I call to follow up still not received. Second time, did the whole thing again, same story. Then the third time I asked him to post to me, then I courierd them to Alex Forbes in Sandton but somehow, they weren't received. And in December we dealt with a girl called Palesa who gave us 2 addresses and he posted again. I called now and a guy called Kiren says they're still not received and he can't give me Palesa's number. He was very unhelpful and tells me to call in 5 working days, while he makes an enquiry which I doubt he will. This is frustrating, time consuming and a waste of money for my dad cause he has to pay for all the positing, 3 months bank statements and certifications. Can someone please help us, I really don't want him doing this exercise again, it's unnecessary.
