Provident fund

Worked for putco for 10 years and left on 19/07/2013.the hr there
submitted everything to alexanda forbes for me to get my provident
fund, i then received an sms from alexandra forbes that i will get
my money within six weeks which was fine with me.now on
thursday (22/08/2013) i got another sms from alexandra forbes
saying my claim has been declined as my tax number is wrong. I
was asked to contact SARS to sort it out.i contacted sars and they
gave me the correct one, i called alexandra forbes and gave them
the correct tax number and the call centre agent said they will sort
out my problem.on Friday i received the same sms, my claim has
been declined with the same reason, i called sars again and went
back to alexandra forbes, on tuesday this week, same story, yesterday again same story.i really would appreciate if
someone from alexandra forbes would give me a call and sort this
mess out as i'm spending a lot of money on calls.i invested my
money with them and not with sars. The other problem is every time
i call i get a different agent and i have to explain my problem over
and over.this is the worst service and i want this sorted out today.i'm
loosing out on a lot of opportuni
