Please see the below email i received from Kiren Singh: Good day Mrs Stuart, With regards to the below, kindly be advised that I have confirmed with the fund administrators that the payment will be processed today. Please note that depending on the bank it may take further 48hours for the bank to clear this into the account.

TO DATE NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND KIREN IS ON LEAVE. ALEXANDER FORBES APPARENTLY THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU GIVE IS AND NOT TO FORGET YOUR APPALLING CALL CENTRE STAFF AND APPARENTLY THOUSANDS AGREE.YOUR ADMIN DEPARTMENT DOESNT SEEM TO EXIST OR OBVIOUSLY CANNOT DO THEIR JOB. SO PLEASE ADVISE HOW MUCH LONGER MY MOTHER SHOULD WAIT, WOULD IT HAPPEN TO BE ANOTHER 48 HOURS BECAUSE IVE HEARD THAT FOR OVER A MONTH. I WOULD LIKE AN ANSWER ASAP AND IF YOU CANNOT CALL ME ATLEAST LIVE UP TO WHAT YOU SAY AND CONTACT MY MOTHER. ALL I HAVE BEEN DOING IS CALLING YOU PEOPLE AND NOT ONE CALL TO MY MOTHER FROM THE CALL CENTRE EVEN THO MSGS WERE LEFT.
