I phoned this call centre to confirm some information I urgently require. The IVR puts me on hold for a few minutes and then says I have exceeded the maximum waiting time and asks to leave a message. I have left a message but no-one responds.
Therefore it is impossible to make contact!!
I have tried making internal queries via Alex Forbes via emails etc and they try to get a response from the surplus div, but to no avail. It is not Alexander Forbes per se that is a problem - it is that department
