Without new credit card despite making arragements

Last week I had to follow up on the delivery of my credit card to an FNB branch which had been arranged. It was delivered to the incorrect branch. On Friday I requested that Discovery/courier collect the card and deliver to my office either on Fri or Mon. To date, I have heard nothing from Discovery or courier so I am without a new card. Current card expires at month end so this is now urgent. Furthermore, sms notification about the initial delivery of my new card were sent to my mother who is not a Discovery customer and who Discovery confirmed they don't have details for so why did the courier co. have these details? Totally exasperated and I would like my card delivered to me at my office address before the week is up. This is totally ridiculous! I don't even know where my card is at the moment.
