I requested that my Game card be reactivated, which was done successfully however i was not informed that the debit order was not reinstated as it was before.
I received a phone call from the RCS call centre stating they had not received payment for two months and I need to make payment of R600 immediately. I questioned why my debit order had not been reinstated and was told I needed to request that, I also did not receive any notification or statements to indicated that no payment had been received.
I asked that all information please be sent to me along with payment required and banking details for payment, I then simply received an email with Lyle Jones's signature and nothing else. I phoned Lyle and asked for the details and made payment as requested and also asked to escalate the matter as this impacted my credit scoring, I was told to phone the call centre.
I now received another email from Valne Murphy a few days later saying payment was received but another R280 is due.
I have made every attempt to escalate the matter within RCS but this is just impossible to do.
The service from RCS has been pathetic, I will be closing my account and not use any of your linked stores!
