I have switched banks and forgot to update my banking details on my boodle account. On saturday I received an SMS to say that the debit order had not been processed. I immidiately done an EFT of the outstanding ammount and sent the proof of payment to [Email Removed] using my ID number as a reference.
I know keep getting emails and sms's stating I have not made payment and telling me my credit score will be affected. I have emailed collections several times with no reply!
Pathetic service and I will not use Boodle again, if I pull an ITC report from Transunion and see that you have marked me for non payment I will take this matter further. The money was due on Saturday and I paid on Saturday just via EFT!!!
Pathetic.
