I was unable to make a payment on my acc the previous month and received a phone call of amount in arrears and payment due. I asked the agent to e-mail and sms me the banking information to make a eft payment as I am unable to make it to a pay point. She told me that the call is billed at R 17 and that she will e-mail and sms me the acc information. I received a sms with the following information " Urgent reminder to pay your RCS account 0518020000342767180 as per your telephonic arrangement. Please ignore if payment has been made." then a few days later I received another phone call billed at R 17 asking me why I have not payed. I explained myself again and asked for the banking information to be sent on a sms and e-mail to do the EFT. On 4 May 2013 I received a sms telling me that I have skipped my promised payment again, are you F kidding me! I will make the payment if I get your banking information as requested, how hard can it be! The R 17 billing per call needs to be reversed for the unnecessary calls, and stop harassing me if you cant understand what I require. If you dont want my money there are other ways to go about it. Please assist me with this basic request.
