Please update me on ITC

I have been trying close to a year now to get my records on ITC updated. I owed money on my credit card, which I settled Last year June., and It still relects on my Credit record that the money is outstanding. Pease can you help me as this is affecting my whole life, even my job applications. I have phoned and spoken to numerous people at Standard Bank from their accounts to legal dept, as nobody has assisted me as yet. I have emailed and sent through the proof of payment including the letter from DMC that the account has been settled in full. Please Please help me
