Bleep Bank!?!

I have been with Standard bank for over 10 years, in January 2013 i open a Prestige account and arranged with Gregory Phochana (who was very helpful) that my debit orders wil be moved from my savings account to my new account. This would be set for the end of Februarie. That didn"t happen!!! None of my debitorders went through because it is still set on my savings account. My medical aid has now been cancelled. What is next? my phone? No one at standard bank can help me with this. Not even the branch manager phones me back after i left a message for him at reception. Is this really your service standard bank??? or should i say Steve???
