COMPLAINT NOT RESOLVED - 24 HOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

On the 24th of the month, I logged onto cellphone banking and my salary reflected as available. So off I went and spent 3 hours doing the monthly shop with my 2 year old and when I got to the till, my card was swiped and no funds where available. Oops! I forgot to transfer funds to my credit card. So I logged on to my cellphone banking to transfer my salary to my credit card HOWEVER my salary now no longer reflected??? So standing in a queue after 3 hours of shopping with my 2 year old and not wanting to repeat the painful experience and EMBARRASSED AS ALL, I felt I had no choice but to take the quick loan option. When I got home I promptly sent a communication to FNB to advise the situation and requested that the loan fees be reversed as I had not intended on the loan and their banking system had ERRANEOUSLY reflected funds available. Monday, I had missed calls on my phone however I was not able to answer as I WAS IN HOSPITAL WITH MY 2 YEAR OLD UNDERGOING A TONSILECTOMY/ADENOID REMOVAL AND GROMMITS PLACEMENT. No message was left (there is an option to leave a message!!!) So Saturday I call for resolution, I am told Melissa is not in so no help and here I wait? Shocking!
