SO FRUSTRATED WITH YOU, FNB!

I want an explanation as to what is going on with my accounts? Why is it such a struggle to change banks? I tried to switch in 2011, and again in February. It is now mid April and I am still struggling.

I have received no notification of my new cheque card being ready for delivery, this after going in to the bank last week Tuesday. I can't even add recipients to my internet banking profile today, due to a hard hold on the account. I have sent proof of residence through to the branch. It is nearing month end, and I am worrying about what is going to happen should my salary get transferred because I will not be able to access my funds.

I want to settle my other accounts with the other bank, using the balance transfer funds which are available on the credit card account, but how am I supposed to do this if I can't load a recipient? I'm sure you won't hesitate to take your fees at month end. Also, why did you bother giving me a choice of a credit card design, and then delivered something else?

Really starting to get fed up with this entire process. I also sent an email to your care address and RBJacobs on 28 March, and to date no response, which is why I went to the bank...
