The teller had attitude

On Friday, 01/03/2013 I drew money from Bidvest atm in carniival mall brakpan (east rand) and the money did not come out, but it was taken off my account. Went to bank and they said the atm's are offline. I received the notification while I was stil in the bank and was told my money will be reversed that same day when the atm is back online so I left.
The money was not reversed by Monday and I went to bank on Tuesday 05/03/2013. The teller at the bank was utterly rude and gave me so much attitude when I enquired about the reversal.
I tried to explain that this has caused me such an inconvenience as my debit orders normally go off my account. She was further insulting saying that
she told me that she is no atm and that its not her problem and threating me saying that if she likes she will not fax the forms I had signed in order to get my money and went on further to tell me to shut up as there is nothing she can do and its not her fault. Even when I was trying to let her know that you do not talk to a client that way but to try her best to understand my inconvenience she said she doesnt care.
