Cannot access the correct funds in my account

Yesterday evening I have tried to transfer some money via internet banking on my phone, and my account reflected that I do not have enough money to complete the transaction in my account even though at about 16:45 I have done a direct deposit to my account via an atm to make sure that when I want to do the transfer I will have enough money. This has reflected me as a bad customer to the people that I was transfering the money to and now I have to pay interest because of Standard Bank's fault.

I cannot access my account funds when I want to. On Monday, 3 February I have also deposited a R1000 in an atm, the sms I got on my phone reflected that I have R168.88 in my account, and again yesterday when I deposited that R400 it reflected that I have a minus account of R378.62.
