On the 31st May 2013 I transferred funds from my business account to other 2 accounts all fnb online. After a couple of hours I noticed the money was not in my accounts and called fnb online call centre. I was told that it was an error and that they didn't know why it had not reflected but was assured that it will be rectified within no time and that someone would call me back in minutes. No one called, I called a couple of times logged online a gazillion times nothing had happened, meanwhile my debit orders are being dishonored. The next day the money reflected all in my credit card, I tried to transfer it to my cheque account but I couldn't. I went to Balfour park branch where I was told that online transfers takes a couple of hours to reflect in this case more than 24 hours. it took a number of phone calls and so many attempts to transfer the monies and this was about R900 unpaids later. i would like to move to standard bank since fnb take no responsibility, no apologies, no explanations and I have banked with fnb for more than 15 years
