FNB - First National Bad service!!! Incompetent

I as a Platinum card holder have experienced a very embarrassing episode this morning. At 9am I checked my balance on my cellphone banking and my salary reflected as 1 of my debit orders even went through. So off I went to do my groceries, only to get to the till and have my card declined TWICE as well as the ATM. Now please explain to me why or how this happened as now when I look on my cellphone banking my acc is sitting on a negative balance of 2k which is for the debit order that went through. You may say that I shouldn't take this up with you but the company that my debit is for, but see the thing is this particular company deducts their money when my salary reflects!! This is utter embarrassment and disgusting and definitely not the service I expect from FNB as a platinum card holder! I think its best I close all my accounts with you and move to another bank that actually takes care of their clients. Also, pls tell me why the are you deducting your device installment in the 22nd when I clearly stated the 27th?? I am so pd off with FNB, seem to have proven to be a terrible bank! NOT happy at all...
