Cheque/Credit cards & Online Banking NOT WORKING!!

On 07 July 2013 I did a transfer on Online Banking from my Cheque Acc into my Credit Card Acc. The intention was for my wife to use this credit card later in the day for her shopping as i was unable to go with her. I soon afterwards swiped my Cheque card at a merchant and was declined thrice!!! Later that afternoon, my wife tried swiping my Credit card at Sandton City and was declined! I then checked online banking and the transfer that I had done earlier that day did indeed come off my Cheque Acc, but didn't go into my Credit Acc.
I have been a loyal customer of FNB since 2003! I have only ever had an FNB acc, and never banked with any other bank as I always believed that I was getting the best service and customer experience at FNB.
My experience today was nothing short of appalling!! I have been embarrassed TWICE in the same day by FNB by getting "declined" messages for some or the other reason when swiping my cards (even though there were more than sufficient funds in my account!).
I would like FNB to make this up to me in some way or the other or I will be moving my accounts (including car financing) to Std Bank, where my wife is an employee and I will receive many benefits
