FNB CARD

I forwarded a complaint to card division regarding my billing and was advised that, that is just how it is. Currently their is funds available on my card and tried to transfer it via cellphone banking and online banking and to my dismay an error message popped up "Client not allowed to debit the account" for what reason I do not know, but I have not been notified of anything. Kindly advise the status on the account.
