POOR POOR System / handling of payments

I have a standard bank credit card that I pay off. I have not skipped one month since I made the arrangement with nimble group. For the last 3 or 4 months, they never recieve my payment I make. My wife usually correspond with Carlyn. The last time they spoke, Carlynn asked her to send through all the proof of payments as from October 2012. My wife e-mailed all the proof of payments since October, and asked Carlynn to send her a detailed statement as Cheree told me on 20/02/2013 that there will be extra costs because of the payments that are in arrears. None of my payments I made was late or in arrears. Carlynn and my wife agreed that she will mail the proof of payment EVERY month. The proof of payment for March was mailed to Carlynn on 28/02/2013, and was read by Carlynn on 28/02/2013 8:21am. This morning I received ANOTHER sms saying they have no record of my overdue payment. Up to date, my wife still has not received the detailed statement she asked for on 20/02/2013. How do you explain this, Nimble Group???
