Woolworths, you are losing it

Woolworths does not show the previous payment or any payment on their statement. They send my wife an SMS saying thank you for your payment and then two days after that they threaten her with another SMS to say that they want to hand her over for non payment. In the last seven months we have paid as follows:-
3rd September 2012 R100.00
2nd October 2012 R100.00
3rd December2012 R100.00
3rd January 2013 R224.17
3rd Feburary 2013 R228.02
5th March 2013 R231.87
4th April 2013 R235.35
Woolworths Financial Services get your act together and send your customers statements that reflect previous payments. A letter from Collections & Financial Services
( PTY) Ltd dated 14th MAY 2013 states Despite any payments you have made on this account it remains seriously overdue. Once again... no mention of payments made or amounts outstanding. Despite our monthly payments we are being billed for the same amount in March, April, May & June except you are adding R3.85 interest on each month.
