I received an email advising me of my annual homeowners/householders insurance policy renewal. I was not happy with the premuim increase and called the customer care centre to query. Ashley Moodley dealt with my concern promptly and efficiently and after reviewing my policy and lack of claims history it was agreed to reduce the premium to a realistic percentage increase.
