My name is ADRIAAN Jacobus Venter. HTN Attorneys is used by Direct Axis Sanlam. There is still an amount paid to Direct Axis which does not reflect on HTN records. Therefore I requested a complete statement which indicates all payments made up to date (Direct Axisi as well as HTN Attorneys). However until now I only received payments done to the Attorneys. I have requested this detailed statement more than once.
A payment for September 2013 of R1 000.00 has been made to HTN Attorneys' account. The statement sent to me (4 September 2013) is incomplete as it does not indicate any payments made to Direct Axis Sanlam.
I am abused daily by unnecessary calls/sms's from HTN regarding my payments as these people do not execute what I ask for - a statement of all payments made in order for me to see the true reflection of my outstanding balance.
