I bough 2 items from Price and Pride Port Shepstone Branch in October 2012, since first payment i have had problems with this company. every month my payments are not allocated towards my account. i continued making payments and endlessly phoning to get payments allocated, June 2013 i phoned JDG group and spoke to Michelle, whom i asked for a settlement amount, she stated settlement amount is R3660. i asked her why my last statement showed R2770 as my outstanding balance (i made a payment towards that R2770 end of May 2013). she asked me to send copies of my statement (do you not have copies of the statements that gets sent to debtors) and she would try and correct the account so i can get a correct settlement amount. end June, No response from Michelle (3 emails sent to her without any response) so i made a payment of R1000. sent proof of the payment to Michelle including my proof of payments for previous months. STILL WAITING!
I WANT A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT??? I WANT MY ACCOUNT CORRECTED AND PROOF OF THIS SENT TO ME!!! IF MY CREDIT RECORD IS IN ANYHOW AFFECTED BY THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS COMPANY, I WILL TAKE THEM TO COURT FOR DEFAMATION OF MY NAME AT CREDIT BUREAU.
