In Aug 2013 payment of R300.00 made to TFG via EFT - amount received and recorded on statement. In Nov 2013 payment of R500.00 made via EFT, not recorded on statement yet now in Jan 2014. In Dec 2013 amount of R500.00 made via EFT this also not recorded on statement. Every two days I get a call from the call centre stating that my account is arrears and when will I make a payment (each time a different person) so I explain about payments made in Nov and Dec. Sent proof of payments to their EFT Payment e-mail last month but am still receiving the phone calls. Every time I ask to speak to a Supervisor or manager I am told that they are too busy to come to the phone now but they will call back within 48 hours - I am still waiting for one of them to phone since Nov 2013. Is the criteria for employment at TFG terminal stupidity?
