I would just like to thank Nedbank for their excellent service. I was phoned last week by someone from Nedbank saying that a transaction is trying to go through my account in Zimbabwe, the lady just phoned to let me know that they stopped the transaction from going through and asking which branch I want my new card sent to.
Great work Nedbank for picking it up so quickly, I appreciate it and am sleeping very soundly knowing my money is in good hands.
