Nedbank deducted Card fees from my account which I was not supposed to be charged with.
Going into my records I saw that it was done for 2013 and 2012.
The 2013 fees were reversed but I have been in contact with the Call desk for 3 weeks and countless phone calls and Ref Numbers for the fees for 2012.
I was assured that the fees would be reversed and it has not been reversed.
Agents promising to phone you back and never hearing from them again...
Getting SMS to say the call is resolved but no money being paid back.
I am disgusted in Nedbank and their empty promises.
