Nedbank - Transaction errors - your responsibility

Nedbank processed a transaction via another bank's merchant at 17H23.
Transaction went through successfully on my Nedbank account.
Transacion failed on the other banks merchant account.
Transaction showed as successful on SMS but failed on Point of Sale.
Nedbank was called - transaction ID, amount and times will be provided to Nedbank consultanty who calls me. It cannot be posted as it is confidential.

The transaction had to be reprocessed at 17H54

Please resolve this matter and inform me which transaction is going to be reversed.

Nedbank - It is now time to do what I pay you for as a client and fix the mistake between yourself and the other bank.

I pay my monthly service fees on my accounts - now you guys give me the service I am paying for.

OR

Reverse every single service fee I have ever paid to you if you are not prepared to give me first class service.
